Decision By Terror is the 34th in the Turn Of Fate television short movies and is from 1958 (top right image).
David Niven plays Charles Enright, the foreman of the jury who have to make the decision regarding an obviously guilty criminal.
However, his wife and child are kidnapped and he must return a not guilty verdict, or they die.
In the end, the police send out a not guilty via the radio and, as the criminals are leaving Enright’s home, they intercept them.
