You can see some of the fish caught in the video, with the biggest being the first one.
While fishing, I saw a ring-necked parakeet. I’ve come across lots of these in recent weeks.
I also saw a redstart, as it flew across the pool from tree to tree.
It was great to see and it’s highly unlikely it will be staying in the area.
It would be great if that were the case but it’s almost inevitably a migrating bird.
