Police Academy (top right image), from 1984, follows the fortunes of a police force that decides to accept anyone, regardless of standard.
Due to the dropping of standards, a bunch of not really suitable people enrol, which of course is what makes the film.
The movie is based around the training that they go through at the academy.
The tough-talking Lt. Harris (played by G W Bailey) is the object of constant pranks and tricks from the trainee police officers.
