How’s the diet/weight loss/lifestyle change going?

Well, if I say so myself, very good and I’m certainly pleased with the progress.

I’ve had no junk food this year, which are things I could eat for the sake of it just because they’re so nice.

You know what I mean: biscuits, chocolate, crisps and ice cream etc.

They might be nice but they’re not nutritious, so I decided to cut them out completely.
