Again, another advantage is when you know the swim, how deep it is, what’s beneath the surface etc.
I lost count (always nice when that happens) of the number of roach that I caught.
Plus, I had a solitary perch as well. My favourite species.
I also had three dogs running around me while I filmed some of the footage (more on that in the video), then when I got home Dilwyn joined me for the final clip.
As we say hello to one month, we also bid farewell to another, as we have now completed one-quarter of the year.
