Sea fishing at Rhyl and, although it was wet and windy, as long as your bait’s in the water you’ve always got a chance

The Horton’s Nose side of the River Clwyd is now very developed but I can remember when it was wild and natural.

The whole harbour area looks very nice and it’s definitely aesthetically pleasing and very convenient for fishing.

I do have very fond memories of the pre-development days though.

Progress is good sometimes but it doesn’t stop us reminiscing does it?
