It was very strange and just as I was about to comment exactly that on the video, the M1 rod came alive.
Lifting the rod and connecting with the fish, it didn’t feel big, in fact it didn’t fight that much.
Once I saw it though, I realised that it wasn’t as small as I thought.
I think the fish was lethargic due to the low water temperature, which also explains the lack of general fish activity.
