Garden nature updates, as we say farewell to July

I enjoy sitting out in the garden at dusk, and beyond, with my BatBox, when it’s a nice evening.

There aren’t too many over the garden, as the woods and fields nearby are far more favourable habitats.

I do pick up the occasional bat though, and on one occasion while sitting out, I heard common pipistrelle, noctule and soprano pipistrelle.
