Last year I set out to shed a few pounds and during the course of 2022, I lost twenty-two.
I did plan to take it easy during December anyway, but naturally I put some weight back on.
I took it too easy in reality.
However, overall I did lose weight during the year. It’s all about the big picture.
More importantly though, I changed lifestyle, becoming healthier in the process.
This time round, in 2022, it’s back on track.
So, how did January go?
Well, I lost five pounds, so pleased with that.
Plus, no junk food.
Sorry, chocolate, crisps, ice cream and Pepsi Max but it’s farewell again.
Maybe until December, let’s see.
