🎣 Fishing | Three hours sleep and then on the Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal but was it worth it?
I went to bed at 12.19 a.m., after watching the England v Panama game on television. Just over three hours later, I was up to go fishing and I beat the alarm as well.
The destination was the local Staffordshire & Worcestershire Canal and, as is invariably the case, I targeted my favourite species. The perch.
Was it worth it? Well, as always, of course it was. I did catch a brace of nice fish though and, surprisingly, fishing with maggots in summer, it was an all-perch cast as well.
