The latest batch of gardening has actually been more of my wife than me. In fact, she’s been keen a lot longer than I have.
From the time we first got married, she used to look after the garden in our old home. It’s only since we moved, which coincided with my moving into retirement, that I’ve got the bug myself.
However, I have been busy with other people’s gardens in the last few weeks, so I’m just glad that ours isn’t being neglected.
