🎣 Fishing | Back on the lake in search of a tench
After my tench blank a few days ago, I returned to the lake, hoping to finally get one in the net from that particular venue, which is the big pool at Himley Hall.
It’s a well-known local angling spot and, although it’s been very slow in the last couple of years for the species, is recognised as probably the major day ticket place in the wider area.
On this occasion, well it was another blank. In fact, I didn’t even get a roach this time, so a proper blank. However, I will be back. After all, it’s only a few minutes away from where I live. Visit the home page.
