🌳 Out and about | Himley Hall, where the grounds were designed by Capability Brown
Once home from my morning angling session, my wife hadn’t taken our dog for his walk, so I suggested the three of us go to Himley Hall. It’s close to where we live and, especially in the week, it’s very quiet.
The video focuses on the parkland in particular and, as you can see in the heading, it was designed by the famous landscape gardener, Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown.
I love trees and they are the main feature, as far as the footage is concerned. It’s now a council-run place but, with imagination, you can picture it over the years and how it would have looked.
