Behind the Maes Tegid media scenes, as Bala Town hosts The New Saints in the Cymru Premier
Ahead of the JD Cymru Premier MD6 encounter between Bala Town and The New Saints, there was a match preview to write and a press conference interview to do with Craig Harrison, TNS’ head coach.
There was no team bus to Maes Tegid but it’s always a very pleasant drive, especially once you hit the A5 near Chirk.
The game itself ended 0-0, which maintains TNS’ unbeaten start to the league campaign and increases the points lead at the top to two.
There were plenty of chances though, especially for the visitors, but for whatever reason, no goals to show for it.
The second-half saw a melee that ended with four red cards handed out (one player and one staff from each side), so certainly eventful.
I got home in the early hours and next morning, completed media duties by writing the five talking points article.
This was my 18th game of the season.
Stewart i know you are a busy man but if possible can you do some fishing playlists on your YouTube….such as one for pike, maybe one for Sea,Stickleback etc etc.
I enjoy your vids and tend to have them playing in the background when i’m making pole rigs and pike traces etc so playlists would be useful.
Thanks…..Mark L
Thanks for the comments, Mark, appreciated.
I’ll look into that for the future. It’s east to create your own playlist though in the meantime.
Search YouTube for ‘word’ and add videos to a playlist.
Your reference to sticklebacks reminds me, haven’t been after those for a while.
Loved your shopping trip mishaps very funny 😂
Quite a series of events there, Alan!
The rat was the worst 🤮
I still haven’t worn the shoes yet, I will do this weekend though.
Have enjoyed the tench sessions over the summer. Watch out for those dead rats by the way 🤣
Hello, Chris. Nice one, you know the venue as well, of course.
Live ones are bad enough but entrails are worse 🤮
