Episode 16. 1957. Set in New York’s Hudson Valley in the 1750s.
Starring John Hart as Nat Cutler (Hawkeye) and Lon Chaney as Chingachgook.
One of the tribes has two men who are both trying to win the hand of the chief’s daughter.
One is a good man who will lead the people to peace, the other a bad individual who wants war.
The latter tries to kill the former but Hawkeye and Chingachgook intervene.
It all ends well with the bad native banished and the good one getting the squaw.
