  1. Morrison’s sweetcorn – I use the ‘wonky’ version ie mishaped pieces but I’m sure the fish don’t know that! BUT I do only use it for feed preferring to use tinned Green Giant on the hook or stewed maize which is even tougher. The frozen corn I find is too soft and often just becomes empty skins on hooking…but its far cheaper and just as effective used as feed as canned…

    1. I’ve never had any issues with the corn I’ve used.
I tell you what though, Steve, I can remember just months back when it was 89p!
It’s now increased by 80% or more in price.
I guess the tinned is the same?

      1. I bought 6 cans of Green Giant from Home Bargains (350g/285g drained) for about £1.20 last weekend but not sure about previous price as been a while since last purchased. Same with the Morrisons frozen, bought about 10 bags 12 months ago and still have 3 in freezer…

Tip… revitalise frozen corn by boiling and can add food dye too at same time… 😄

        1. That’s a very good price. Just shows, as we know anyway, that you don’t have to break the bank.
