Back on the early morning tinca shift — A walk around Sedgley — The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air 1994

In my last outing after tench I was fishing late in the day, but I’m back to the familiar early morning start for this one.

Your body does adjust to waking patterns once you’ve done a number of early angling trips, very much like that of a worker who has to be up and about at a certain time.

Sometimes I’ve been setting the alarm on my phone, others times not, but either way I’ve been waking naturally at the right time anyway.

It’s not like I haven’t been sleeping properly either because I have.

On this occasion, I went to bed after midnight and within a very short period of time, once my head hit the pillow, I was gone.

The next thing I knew, I was awake and ready to go fishing.
