More tench fishing
An early start (or a late one) is preferable when you’re after tench.
Especially at the moment, with the daytime temperatures in the twenties, the beginning or end of the day is the way to go.

I caught a fish early on but apart from a pulled hook, that was the only tinca contact I had.
Roach put in an appearance this time, which is not surprising as I was fishing with maggots.
I’m loving my tench fishing of late.
