The Case Of The Split Ticket is a Sherlock Holmes television movie from 1955.
It stars Ronald Howard as Holmes, H. Marion Crawford as Dr. Watson and Archie Duncan as Inspector Lestrade.
A man by the name of O’Casey seeks Holmes’ help in tracking the remaining third member of a split ticket that has won the draw.
He only has limited time though but it’s more complicated than that.
It’s actually an elaborate plot where the other two people look to dupe O’Casey out of his share.
Holmes solves it and makes sure O’Casey gets at least half. That’s how it ends.
