The Fatal Charm (bottom right image) is the 17th in the Turn Of Fate television short movies.
From 1958, it stars David Niven as Ray Crittenden, a prisoner.
A plane crashes in the prison grounds and he comes across a dead passenger who looks just like him, so he swaps clothes and is able to escape undetected.
He uses the man’s air ticket to get to Peru where he gets into a scrape with Molly Stuart (played by Nita Talbot).
Eventually he’s picked up by the FBI and taken back to USA.
