The Band Concert is a Mickey Mouse animated Disney short from 1935 (middle right image).
It was the first Mickey Mouse film produced in colour and apart from two more in black and white, they were all colour from then onwards.
In the film, Mickey is the conductor of a band performing in a park before the concert is hijacked by Donald Duck, a bee and then finally, a tornado.
