The ninth in the Turn Of Fate short television movies, Hurricane (bottom right image) is from 1957.
There’s a murder during a hurricane and when Harriet Kennedy (Jane Powell) arrives back home she finds blood on the clothes of her husband, Gordon Kennedy (Douglas Dick), along with other incriminating evidence.
She quickly destroys everything, not realising that it’s actually evidence that will clear him not convict.
In the end though, Harriet turns detective herself and exposes the real killer.
