It’s my favourite competition this afternoon, as The New Saints play Newtown AFC in the Welsh Cup.
Before then though, I was fishing a pool at first light.
It’s not a deep venue anyway but I was fishing the margin, with the water just inches deep.
Naturally, you need to keep a low profile because if you can see the fish then they can see you.
I’ve enjoyed the numerous sessions I’ve done in the last year or so, where I’ve targeted margins.
