I enjoyed watching the Commonwealth Games on television yesterday.
My main interest, in the evening, was the women’s shot put and the reason for that was to watch Adelé Nicoll in action.
She’s the current British shot put champion and I interviewed her recently.
Unfortunately, the event didn’t get much coverage and there were just a handful of clips of some individual ladies in action.
