Following the 2-1 victory for The New Saints against Flint Town United, I headed for the pitch to do the usual post-match interviews.
Our head coach, Anthony Limbrick, knows he’s being interviewed so there’s never any need to remind him, he always makes his way to us.
With the player interviewee open though depending on the game, whoever I choose I let them know after the final whistle.
On this occasion, it was Chris Marriott, so I went to the dressing room to make contact.
That way, the player can come after he’s showered and changed and ready to face the camera.
