I gathered a number of items from the recent Wales World Cup qualifying matches.
I was in Football Association of Wales hospitality for the Belarus game, with Paul Harrison, The New Saints’ goalkeeper.
We were there to collect, on behalf of the club, the JD Cymru Premier Fair Play Award from last season.
Added to my personal football memorabilia collection that day was a ticket, car park pass, team sheet, wristband and a presentation bottle of whisky.
I don’t drink alcohol so there’s no problem with that joining my collection unopened!
A few days later and I was at the game against Belgium.
Although my ticket was still complimentary, it was just in and out of the stand, so nothing else to add.
I was there with Scott Ruscoe, the ex-TNS FC manager.
It was great to catch up again, the first time I’ve seen him since he left the club, although we’ve communicated several times via text etc.
