Thought For The Day – October 2 – Treat Life Like A Marathon Not A Sprint

I have been on a diet all year and last month I lost 1lb.

It doesn’t seem like much, but when you add it to the other months, I’ve lost a total of 23lb so far.

My approach has been to shed weight slowly and look at it as a long-term project.

It’s the best way to see life, as a marathon rather than a sprint. There’s more in the video.
