The good start for The New Saints in the JD Cymru Premier continues, and it’s now six wins from seven in the league.
Ahead of the Aberystwyth Town game itself, during the week I wrote the match preview, which was published on the TNS FC website.
No press conference for me though. I was elsewhere with the TNS FC Women’s manager, on a mission giving blood.
Although it could have been a lot more, The New Saints went into the dressing room at the break leading 2-0, courtesy of a Declan McManus brace.
When Ryan Astles added a third in the second period, the three points were signed, sealed and delivered.
Following the final whistle, I interviewed Anthony Limbrick and Ryan Astles.

The win means that The New Saints leads the way with a four-point gap over Bala Town and seven in front of Flint Town United.
So far, so good.
