Welcome to Scotland, where I’ll be based for the next few days with The New Saints FC on a pre-season training camp.

It’s a time management experiment, as I try something different by putting the individual blog entries in one post.

It’s my third visit to the seaside town and another very enjoyable trip.

This is Reece Warder’s first ever interview and I thought he did really well.

From one coast to the other, journeying from St Andrews to Cumnock, I captured some of the journey on the video.
It was a new ground on the list, plus post-match food personally delivered by an ex-Leeds United player.
