🎣 Fishing | As the heatwave enters its final day, its quality over quantity tench and rudd on the bank
They think it’s all over, well it will be tomorrow. The heatwave, that is. With many people struggling, just one day to go, before we see a fall in air temperature from tomorrow onwards.
It was extremely humid overnight and, when I woke just before 4.00 a.m., my wife was up. I thought she’d been to the toilet, when in fact, she couldn’t sleep. Hang on in there if you’re struggling, not long left.
I was back on my needle-in-a-haystack pool and, after a rudd avoided a blank, I banked a couple of tench. All three needed the landing net as well, so definitely a case of quality over quantity, which were also the words that I ended my last blog post with. Visit the home page.
