Beach Picnic (top right image) is a Donald Duck animated Disney short from 1939.
It was the first Donald Duck film to feature Pluto, although they had previously been together in a Mickey Mouse short, Donald and Pluto, in which Mickey didn’t appear in spite of his name being used.
Beach Picnic also has an inflatable seahorse and an army of ants.
It’s all very simple by today’s standards, which is why it’s important to remember the year.
