Murder In Eden (top right image) is a black and white British film from 1961 and stars starring Ray McAnally (Inspector Peter Sharkey), Catherine Feller (Geneviève Beaujean) and Yvonne Buckingham (Vicky Woolf).
An art exhibition opens and an art critic notices that a painting of Eve (as in the garden of Eden) is a fake.
The critic is then murdered and that’s where the story develops, as the police get involved.
Michael Lucas is the forger and he has the original painting in a secret room at his home.
It ends with a fight and arrests.
