Back home, I had a haircut, shower and changed ready to begin my football travels.
I’ll be heading for Shrewsbury and Oswestry shortly and then down to Cardiff for an overnight stay, ahead of The New Saints’ Cymru Premier game tomorrow.
It’s a 12.45 p.m. kick-off against Cardiff Metropolitan University FC at Cyncoed Campus.
It marks the beginning of phase two and with a points lead of sixteen and ten games to go, it’s looking good for the club as far as the league title is concerned.
