I usually go fishing after work but with the River Severn in the fields and canals, pools and lakes frozen, it’s not been possible.
I’ve been doing more walking, birding and watching movies though, so life hasn’t exactly come to a halt.
According to the weather forecast, we should be out of the lows in the next few days.
That’s been the problem, the sub-zero overnight temperatures, which combined with very low daytime ones means that once frozen, that’s how the venues remain.
