Starring James Mason, The Night Has Eyes is another movie with a twist at the end

Only he doesn’t kill anything, it’s an elaborate set-up by the two people who work for him as servants.

The twist, as you would expect, comes right at the end.

Another enjoyable movie, then again aren’t they all.

As for the killing and the strange behaviour, it all sounds very chilling but bear in mind this is 1942 and not 2022.

Compared to now, it’s all rather tame which is how I prefer it.
