A musical, there are plenty of song and dance routines, with Bing Crosby’s White Christmas one of the most-well known festive tunes ever.
The cast has long since gone, with the exception of Anne Whitfield, who is still with us at the age of 82.
She plays Susan Waverly, the Major General’s granddaughter and she’s sixteen at the time.
It lasts 120 minutes.
