The seventh of the thirty-one Carry On films made, Carry On Cabby was released in 1963.

It stars Sid James, Hattie Jacques, Charles Hawtrey, Kenneth Connor, Liz Fraser and others.

It was Jim Dale’s debut appearance and the first one without Kenneth Williams, who wasn’t happy with the character originally given him.

Bill Owen and Amanda Barrie were also featured, who went on to star in Last Of The Summer Wine and Coronation Street respectively.
