Doctor In The House is a 1954 colour British comedy that was the inspiration for several sequels and a television and radio series.

In its year of release it was the most popular box office movie this side of the Atlantic Ocean.

Among others, it stars Dirk Bogarde, Donald Sinden, Kenneth More and Donald Houston.

The latter was in the last film I watched, Crow Hollow.

James Robertson Justice played the surgeon, Sir Lancelot Spratt.

The plot revolves around the quartet of aforementioned actors, who play medical students.
