With it being a home game, my involvement began on Sunday when I wrote my programme column.
I was then at Park Hall on Wednesday for the press conference with Craig Harrison, ahead of the JD Cymru Premier game between The New Saints and Cardiff Metropolitan University FC.
While at the ground, I also wrote the match preview, as we looked ahead to the MD14 fixture.
