Staying up late for the Premium Bonds results, getting up early to go fishing and can we call the police if there’s a dog in the swim?

I’ve had situations before where the dog owner hasn’t seen me and they are apologetic.

I always say, it’s no problem.

And, in the circumstances, it genuinely isn’t.

Then, you get people who intentionally throw sticks in your swim, even though they can see you there…

Anyway, just light-hearted but I thought to myself, I wonder if anglers can now call the police saying anxiety has been caused.
