On our last visit to Anglesey, just a couple of months ago, we spent time at Holyhead Breakwater Country Park.
Opened in 1990, it’s the site of an old quarry where the rocks came from to build the breakwater.
It took 27 years to complete, which shows how much time and effort went into the structure.
When you consider back then, in the mid-19th century, there were no power tools or modern equipment then it makes it even more impressive.
