Back to today’s session, I was catching small roach from the start.
Almost immediately though, the pike moved in as well.
I usually get round that problem by baiting up an alternative spot to fish.
Then sometimes I need to switch back, as the predator follows the prey.
It’s all about staying one step ahead of the pike.
