So, it wasn’t a waste of time. No angling session ever is.
There’s always something to learn, even if you don’t catch anything.
In fact, like life itself, I’d go as far as to say that you can get more from difficult sessions than when the fish are queuing up to be caught.
Plus, there’s always tomorrow.
Or, if I can get everything done that I need to today, later this afternoon.
