It Was Only A Few Minutes Though. There’s Always Tomorrow.

I do have days that are busier than others from a work perspective and today was one of them.

Not getting home until after 8.00 p.m. this evening meant that, if I wanted to go fishing, I needed to get a short session in this morning.

I did and I did.

It was a quick visit to the Montgomery Canal, which I pass over on the way to Park Hall.

I haven’t been lure fishing for a while and that’s what I elected to do.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get even an enquiry.

It was only a few minutes though.

There’s always tomorrow.

The tackle I fished with was as follows: Fox Rage Ultron drop shot rod, Fox Rage Ultron 2500 reel, 10lb Sunline braid on reel.

Drennan Double Strength 10lb (1.5 metres) joined to the braid with a small swivel.

Micro jig head 0.7g size 6 hook. Glider 2 inch rubber fish. All knots (3) blood knots.
