Ahead of the Genero Adran Premier game between The New Saints FC Women and Aberystwyth Town Women’s FC, we did the press conference with manager, Andy Williams.
The match itself was a massive one for The New Saints. With four straight defeats in the league, it was important to put that right sooner rather than later.
I recorded a video around the game, capturing the girls as they arrived at Park Hall and their pre-match preparations.
The 2-0 win saw TNS swap places with Port Talbot Ladies at the bottom. Early days but a massive three points.
Following the game I interviewed Andy Williams and for the player choice went for Beth Lewis.
She’s captain and earlier in the day had been live on BBC Radio Shropshire, where she did very well.
That’s the lead image, as we did both interviews on the pitch following the final whistle.
