Working in football certainly adds a regular trickle of new grounds to my list and that was the case with the visit to Y Morfa.
The home of Conwy Borough, who play in the second tier of Welsh football, I was there in the JD Welsh Cup with The New Saints.
The final whistle saw the visitors progress to the next round of the competition courtesy of a Dean Ebbe goal in the 35th minute.
Conwy Borough – who are currently mid-table in the league – certainly raised their game and weren’t fazed by the opposition.
They almost snatched a last-minute equaliser as well, when they were denied by a great save from Connor Roberts.
I filmed a short pre-match behind the scenes video that you can watch via the TNS Twitter account.
Following the game there were interviews with head coach, Anthony Limbrick, and Jon Routledge, who was captain on the day.
This was my 62nd Welsh ground and you can visit my groundhopping pages here.
