The starting line-up for The New Saints in the friendly against Buckley Town saw a mix of experienced players and youngsters take to the pitch.
After scoring the opener and the eighth in the 10-0 win, it was an ideal opportunity to chat with one of the latter, come the final whistle.
Morgan Daykin signed for The New Saints’ Academy fairly recently, after making the first-team at fellow top-flight side, Cefn Druids.
Chatting on the pitch after the Buckley game, this was his first interview, so naturally it would be a nervy time for him.
He does well though, as indeed do all the players at the club when they’re being interviewed.
