We’re allowed to fish once a day during the current lockdown restrictions and that’s my intention.
Today’s outing was an early morning session on a stretch of local canal and you can follow the session in the video below.
I fished with a Greys Prodigy 12’ rod and a Shimano 3500 reel loaded with Maxima Chameleon 4lb line.
There was 5 feet length of 2lb 8oz Ultima Virage fluorocarbon joined by a loop-to-loop knot.
The float was a 0.6g Drennan Crystal Waggler. The hook was a Drennan Super Specialist size 18.
I fished the boat channel, with brown crumb and mixed maggots and single white maggot on the hook.
