After Eighteen Weeks Away, It’s Good To Be Back At Tipton Family Church

After one-third of a year without a Sunday service, it was good to be back at church this morning.

My faith is important to me, and although it’s not about bricks and mortar or ritual, nevertheless it was nice to return to my spiritual home.

I’ve been at Tipton Family Church since its birth (I started it), almost twenty-eight years ago, and although my working life has undergone big changes in recent years, nevertheless I’ve still been able to stay on as the minister there.

It is a small church though, there’s no way I could do that if it was bigger. Still, as it stands at the moment, it’s a perfect fit. You don’t have to worry about the future, just enjoy the present.

  1. Good to see you back in you’re spiritual home. The Methodist church in my south Warwickshire village still closed so it’s still online

    1. The building we use is a Methodist chapel, we share it with their congregation. They’re still closed as well. They’re an elderly group though, so taking it slowly and carefully.
