🎣 Angling | An overnighter in pursuit of carp on a lake
I deliberately kept Tuesday free, so that I could go night fishing from Monday evening onwards. It meant I had a busier Monday but, let’s face it, not exactly a stressful day.
Although I’m not lazy, and therefore have a lot going on in my life, I’m still retired and that’s the umbrella that covers everything. It will be two years in December and it still feels like a honeymoon.
The overnight angling session was on a lake in pursuit of carp. It’s not a runs water but it’s not rock hard either and so I was more than happy to play, net and return a nice common.
